Shipping: Forplay will make every effort to fulfill your order as quickly as possible, but due to extreme popularity, some items may not be readily available. We will ship these items as soon as we receive them. Orders are processed Monday through Friday at 12 noon PST. Halloween items ordered on these days before 12 pm PST will ship the same day (footwear excluded). We strive to meet all Halloween orders placed on weekdays within 24 hours. For all other orders, please allow 7-10 business days for regular ground delivery. Shipping charges are subject to change, depending on the weight of the package. International Orders: If an incorrect shipping method is selected (e.g., ground shipping on an international order), the customer will automatically be billed for the difference without notice.
Footwear: Orders containing footwear take approximately 7-10 business days longer in addition to Forplay's regular shipping timeframe. Shoes are not kept in Forplay's warehouse and Forplay orders them especially for the customers. Shoes will arrive together with the completed customer's order. For Express Delivery orders with footwear, customers will receive the shoes separately from the main items (i.e. dress/costume). Footwear orders for size 13 or larger will be subject to an additional $10.00 charge. Orders with footwear only are not available for express delivery.
Promotional Offers: Promos/discounts cannot be combined with other offers. Sale, promotional, and seasonal items can be returned within 30 days for store credit or exchanges only.
Return/Exchange Policy: If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly issue a refund or store credit (less shipping and handling
costs). Refunds and returns are dependent upon safe return of the item(s)
within 15 days of the delivery date. Items returned between 15-30 days will be
subject to store credit only. All returns must be in original packaging and
accompanied by a copy of your original invoice. For credit card purchases,
please allow an additional 30 days for your refund to be applied. All purchases of clearance items are final and cannot be returned for exchange, store credit, or refund. Sale,
promotional, and seasonal items can be returned within 30 days for store
credit or exchange only. Seasonal items include Halloween, Christmas and
Valentine's Day merchandise. Any items that are damaged, soiled, or worn
cannot be accepted for refund or exchanged for any other item(s). Any items
returned after 30 days are not acceptable, and will be sent back at the
customer's expense. Store credit cannot be redeemed with any promotional
offer online and must be redeemed via telephone order.
Cancellations: No changes can be made to your order once it has been placed. You may not cancel, and/or modify your order once it has been submitted. If the customer refuses to accept the package upon delivery, customers will receive store credit (less shipping and handling).
Privacy and Security Policy: Forplay believes in providing a safe and secure shopping experience for all clients with stringent and effective security measures on our internet site. It is Forplay's policy to not sell or otherwise exchange private information, such as your name, credit card number, or address to any third parties. We use VeriSign SSL to process your credit card information.
