Forplay will make every effort to fulfill your order as quickly as possible, but due to our extreme popularity, some items may not be readily available. We will ship these items as soon as we receive them. Orders are processed Monday through Friday at 12pm PST. Halloween items ordered on these days before 12pm PST will ship the same day (footwear excluded).

USPS International Economy (5-7 business days) - $46.50

• If an incorrect shipping method is selected (e.g. FedEx Ground instead of International USPS), the customer will automatically be billed for the difference without notice
• International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the country’s destination. Forplay does not collect duties and taxes and cannot predict the actual charge. If the customer incurs the additional charges, these must be rendered in order for the package to clear customs. Customers are advised to contact their local customs office for more information regarding custom’s policies

When will I get my shoes?
Shoe delivery takes approximately 7-10 business days longer than other purchases. Our awesome collection of shoes is not kept within arm's reach and we have to order them especially for you. Shoes will arrive together with the rest of your order. So if you order clothing together with shoes, we will ship the order once the shoes arrive. Some things are just worth waiting for... Shoes & boots size 13 and up are $10.00 extra.

What is the difference between Patent, PU, Stretch and Leather material?
Patent, either patent leather or patent pu, the latter being a man made material, has a very shiny, almost mirror like appearance. Pu, short for polyurethane, is a semi-shiny to non-shiny man made material designed to be less expensive than leather. Stretch, either patent or pu, is a thin, stretchable material, which allows it to fit to the contours of the feet or legs. Leather, usually having a supple and comfortable feel and with a texture pattern, is the highest quality material of all used in shoemaking.

What is your Return/Exchange Policy?
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly issue a refund or store credit (less shipping and handling costs). Refunds and returns are dependent upon safe return of the item(s) within 15 days of delivery date. Items returned between 15-30 days will be subject to store credit only. All returns must be in original packaging and accompanied by a copy of your original invoice. For credit card purchases, please allow an additional 30 days for your refund to be applied. All purchases of clearance items are final and cannot be returned for exchange, store credit, or refund. Sale, promotional, and seasonal items can be returned within 30 days for store credit or exchange only. Seasonal items include Halloween, Christmas and Valentine's Day merchandise. Any items that are damaged, soiled, or worn cannot be accepted for refund or exchanged for any other item(s). Any items returned after 30 days are not acceptable, and will be sent back at the customer's expense. Store credit cannot be redeemed with any promotional offer online and must be redeemed via telephone order.

Can I cancel or change my order?
No changes can be made to your order once it has been submitted. You may not cancel, and/or modify your order once it has been processed. If the customer refuses to accept the package upon delivery, customers will receive store credit (less shipping and handling).

What will happen if I didn’t get my package but FedEx Tracking says that it has been delivered?
Customers should call our Customer Service so that we can file a FedEx Claim. It usually takes about 7 to 14 business days for FedEx to process the claim. If the claim is approved, customer can either get a full refund or Forplay can ship the order again with signature required. If the claim is not approved by FedEx, customers will receive half of the Purchase Order amount as store credit.

How do I redeem my Store Credit?
Customers who want to redeem their Store Credit should call Forplay's Customer Service and place their order on the phone (Just mention that you want to use your store credit). Store Credit can not be used online since customers will automatically be charged on their credit card upon placing an order. Store credit cannot be redeemed with any promotional offer online.

Is my personal information secure?
Forplay believes in providing a safe and secure shopping experience for all clients with stringent and effective security measures on our site. It is Forplay's policy to not sell or otherwise exchange private information, such as your name, credit card number, or address to any third parties. We use VeriSign SSL to process your credit card information.

Do you charge tax?
We collect Sales Tax for shipment to addresses in the State of California. The tax rate is 9.75%.

When will my order arrive?
Most clothing is in stock and ships within 24 hours, delivered within 5 business days. Shoes and orders containing footwear are shipped 7-10 business days after.

How can I find what I'm looking for on your site?
If you're looking for something specific on Forplay's website, try entering your search terms into the search box located in the upper left hand navigation bar, under the company logo. Search boxes are located on nearly every page of our store. Simply enter the name of the product you're looking for, or enter the item number from our catalog, and click the “Search” icon to the right. If you would like to shop by size, color, or price, try our Advanced Search option.

If you are not quite sure what you're looking for and would like to view Forplay's many sexy possibilities, try browsing by clicking on the categories under the Search box. As you click our main categories, subcategories will appear below each section. When you find an item that interests you, click the title or picture of the item to see its detail page. Got any Search Tips for me?
Sure! When you type keywords into a Forplay search box, our site returns pages containing relevant information to your search. Sometimes, however, you will get no results from your search. To avoid this problem, try following these search tips: Make sure you spell your keyword correctly. A typo in the search box will bring back no results. You may also try typing in variations the singular and plural instances of your keyword. If that’s still not working for you, sometimes it's better to be less specific. If you're looking for a blue mini dress, try simply browsing through our “mini dresses” department for a style you like, then looking at the colors available. Our search may not return as large a selection as a few minutes of browsing will.

Does Forplay accept Credit Cards and Debit Cards?
At Forplay we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diner's Club and JCB credit and debit cards. Select which of these you would like to use, then enter the credit card number, expiration month and expiration year. Entering your credit card information on our site is completely safe.
