When will my order arrive?
Most clothing is in stock and ships within 24 hours, delivered within 2-7 business days. You will receive an email with the tracking information once your order has been shipped. Please note that it may take up to 24 to 48 hours for tracking information to be available from the shipping company.

When will I get my shoes?
Shoe delivery takes approximately 7-10 business days longer than other purchases. Our awesome collection of shoes is not kept within arm's reach and ships separately from the rest of your order.

How do I make a return?
If you would like to make a return, please return the item(s) with a copy of the invoice. Please state on the invoice the reason for the return. Returns can be sent to the address stated on the top of the invoice. Please see our return/exchange policy for further information.

What is your Return/Exchange Policy?
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly issue a refund (if applicable) or store credit (less shipping and handling costs).

  • FINAL SALES – All items marked as Clearance are final. FINAL SALE items CANNOT be returned.
  • To be eligible for an exchange, credit or refund, merchandise must be returned with tags and sanitary liner (for swimwear) in tact and accompanied by a copy of the original invoice. Any item that is damaged or soiled cannot be returned.
  • Refunds are accepted for items returned within 15 days of delivery date. Items returned between 16-30 days are accepted for exchange or store credit only. Any item returned after 30 days of delivery date will not be accepted and will be sent back at the customer’s expense.
  • Store credit must be redeemed via telephone order only.
  • Costumes returned within 30 days of delivery date are accepted for exchange or store credit only.

How do I redeem my Store Credit?
Customers who want to redeem their Store Credit should call Forplay's Customer Service and place their order on the phone (Just mention that you want to use your store credit). Store Credit can not be used online since customers will automatically be charged on their credit card upon placing an order.

Do you charge tax?
We collect Sales Tax for shipment to addresses in the State of California. The tax rate is 9%.

Does Forplay accept Credit Cards and Debit Cards?
At Forplay we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover credit and debit cards. We also accept payment through Paypal and Amazon Checkout. Select which of these you would like to use, then enter the credit card number, expiration date and CVV code. Entering your credit card information on our site is completely safe. Please consult our Privacy Policy for more information.

What will happen if I didn’t get my package but FedEx Tracking says that it has been delivered?
Customers should call our Customer Service so that we can file a FedEx Claim. It usually takes 7 to 14 business days for FedEx to process the claim. If the claim is approved, customer can either get a full refund or Forplay can ship the order again with signature required. If the claim is not approved by FedEx, customers will receive half of the Purchase Order amount as store credit.

How can I find what I'm looking for on your site?
If you're looking for something specific on Forplay's website, try entering your search terms into the search box located in the upper right hand navigation bar, under the company logo. Search boxes are located on nearly every page of our store. Simply enter the name of the product you're looking for, or enter the item number, and click the “Search” icon to the right.

If you are not quite sure what you're looking for and would like to view Forplay's many sexy possibilities, try browsing by clicking on the categories under the Search box. As you click our main categories, subcategories will appear below each section. When you find an item that interests you, click the title or picture of the item to see its detail page. Sure! When you type keywords into a Forplay Search box, our site returns pages containing relevant information to your search. Sometimes, however, you will get no results from your search. To avoid this problem, try following these search tips: Make sure you spell your keyword correctly. A typo in the search box will bring back no results. You may also try typing in variations the singular and plural instances of your keyword. If that’s still not working for you, sometimes it's better to be less specific. If you're looking for a blue mini dress, try simply browsing through our “mini dresses” department for a style you like, then looking at the colors available. Our search may not return as large a selection as a few minutes of browsing will.
